POS1 Cases — verifiable results, not inflated marketing

These proof standards belong to the wider Semantic SEO methodology. Read the English canonical Koray Framework editorial guide for the editorial context before reviewing the expert course.

POS1 editorial policy: we only publish cases with verifiable metrics (GSC + Ahrefs screenshots) and explicit client consent. No invented numbers. No manipulated before-after.

Current state

POS1 launched as agency in May 2026. First Sprint and Authority engagements started May-June 2026. Significant metrics (3-6 months of measurable traction) only available from October 2026 onwards.

As of August 2026, no client case has reached the publication threshold on this page. A future case will be added only with the client domain, vertical, pre-engagement baseline, applied interventions, post-90/180-day metrics, verifiable GSC screenshots, and signed consent. The founder case below is the current evidence boundary.

Meanwhile: the founder case

What you can verify today is Aprender21 — founder Eduardo Peiro’s site where the SAS framework has been applied since 2022 and remains the operational laboratory of the system.

  • Revenue: ~$4M ARS/month in 2026 (~USD 7K/month net post platform fees), verifiable via prod MySQL backend.
  • Channel: 90% of revenue from organic SEO. 0 sustained paid ads budget.
  • Domains: 15 multi-country covering 13 Spanish-speaking ccTLDs + br.aprender21.com (Brazil PT).
  • 90-day coverage: 2,576 enrollments / 63 verified payments / $10,820 USD net (MySQL prod + GSC data, not inflated marketing).
  • Topical authority outcome: 982 queries with 2+ own URLs ranking simultaneously (cannibalization resolved via semantic internal linking), cited presence in AI Overviews for key queries in “online education LATAM” niche.

If you want to explore the specific implementation, module M08 of the Semantic SEO Expert Course includes the full Aprender21 case walkthrough with screenshots, decisions made, and intermediate outputs.

Cases editorial policy

  • Always verifiable metrics. Each published case includes GSC + Ahrefs + client Search Console screenshots. No “+300% traffic” without context.
  • Signed consent. Client authorizes publication in writing. If client prefers anonymity, we publish without name but with confirmable metrics.
  • Minimum 90-day period. We do not publish results before 90 days post-engagement — too early to be representative.
  • No cherry-picking. When a case does not work as expected, it is also discussed. Transparency builds real trust.
  • Vertical disclosure. Client vertical identified explicitly. E-commerce results do not apply linearly to SaaS or Local.
